The Residences
‘Rondure House is contextual to its physical
surroundings – the trees, the parks as well as the area’s renowned architectural heritage.’Domenic Cerantonio, Architect
Sleek, inviting and well considered – Rondure House residences attest to what can be achieved when brilliant minds combine. Cera Stribley in collaboration with Tom Dixon and Design Research Studio have taken the journey from exterior aesthetic to a minimalist interior to an exemplary level. The thoughtful transition between spaces ensures a seamless flow on experience complemented by a material palette that links directly to the apartment’s organic design ideologies.
An abundance of North and West facing light floods in via the façade’s bold architectural framing, conceived to generate a sense of space as well as provide protected views out to private balconies, Studley Park and beyond. Hidden gems can be found in the form of opulent joinery pieces, Tom Dixon’s lighting mastery and a magnificent custom designed fireplace, entertaining bar and low-slung TV cabinet.
‘We’ve introduced a range of lush native plants to complement Studley Park’s coveted tree canopies. This relationship consists of minimal rigid lines and a fluid landscape that extends from the entrance walkway, through to the private residential gardens and planters and skywards to the unique green roof’.
